The hotel offered complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the private onsen had stunning views and was incredibly romantic.
The food was not up to par. It was lackluster and not at all what we were expecting for the price.

We had a lovely New Year's stay in a Japanese-style room with gorgeous mountain views. The onsen was clean and relaxing, and the traditional breakfast included was absolutely delicious. the hotel was conveniently located a short walk from the train station and had free parking, making it easy to explore the area.
The hotel was a bit dated in some areas and could use some updating. The carpets and some areas of the room appeared to need some cleaning, and the lack of English-speaking staff made communication difficult at times.
